At Bitstream Group, including its subsidiaries Bitstream Test and Tag and Bitstream Media, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order or service. Cancellations of Orders and Services

Physical Product Orders

  • Orders for physical products may be cancelled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further details.

 

Web Design, Software, and Digital Services

  • Due to the custom nature of web design, development, and software services, cancellations may not be possible once work has commenced.
  • If cancellation occurs before significant work has been completed, a partial credit may be issued, subject to costs incurred up to that point.
  • Subscription-based or cloud services may be cancelled according to the specific terms of the service agreement. Any cancellation does not guarantee a refund; please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

 

Professional and Consulting Services

  • Consulting, digital marketing, and professional services may only be cancelled if work has not yet commenced.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services. See our Refund & Return Policy for more information.

 

Subscription & As-a-Service (aaS) Offerings

  • Monthly or annual subscription services require a 30-day notice for cancellation.
  • Cancellation of a subscription does not guarantee a refund for any pre-paid period; please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further details.

 

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

  • Custom or Special Orders: Non-cancellable once production has started.
  • Promotional & Discounted Services: Services purchased at a discount cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
  • Event-Based Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date to be eligible for adjustments or changes.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, service details, and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

 

Billing & Transaction Notices

Bitstream Group is the billing entity for all brands, including Bitstream Test and Tag and Bitstream Media. All invoices and transactions will appear under Bitstream Group. By using our services, you acknowledge that payments, receipts, and financial communications will be processed through Bitstream Group, regardless of the specific brand under which the service or product was obtained.
